About
Bio/Description

Liat is the co-director of the Hasson Lab. She is a developmental psychologist, activist for children's rights and community organizer. She has published on the role of individual differences on children's social development as well as the role of culture and parenting styles on developmental pathways. She joined the Hasson lab to learn new methods and approaches that would allow her to relate actual lived childhoods with theories about child development. In Uri she found a mentor and partner for entirely re-thinking cognitive science and research. Together with Uri and Casey Lew-Williams she has established Princeton's "First 1,000 Days Data-Base".
