About
Bio/Description

Currently a PhD student in the department of neuroscience at the University of British Columbia (advisor: Dr. Tamara Vanderwal), Ahmad received his medical degree from An-Najah National University in Palestine. As one of UBC’s newest Friedman Scholars, Ahmad will study for one year in the Hasson Lab at Princeton University, where he will be able to expand his expertise in using naturalistic conditions to study brain function and development, while bringing new perspectives to his education and research.
