Aditi, a senior at Princeton, is pursuing a major in computer science with certificates in statistics and machine learning, cognitive science, and neuroscience. She has previously done research in language on testing the generalizability and compositionality of deep-learning language models with different training data formats. She is currently exploring the role of verbal conversation modalities (backchannel words) in language production and comprehension. She is interested in using natural language processing techniques to understand language as a multimodal conversational phenomenon.
